Harness Help - Remote Fitting Advice

We understand that not everyone can make it into a shop to get their dog fitted in person. Our Harness Help Service helps you to get some one-to-one harness advice and guidance so that you can better navigate the minefield of buying online.

Our Harness Help Service fee is £10 - which will be returned to you in the form of a voucher which you can use in our store and on our website.

How It Works

1. You purchase a fitting here like any normal product
2. We send out a form via email for you to complete 
3. We'll come back to you within 48hrs with any questions
4. You will receive an email with a detailed, personalised recommendation including harness make, model and size as well as a direct link to the product listing on our website.
5. You will receive a £10 single use voucher code to use against your purchase

All you have to do is complete the form which we will send to you via email and we'll get back to you within 48hrs with a response.

You MUST opt-in to receive emails form us in order to use this service - or we will be legally unable to send you the email! Please ensure this box is ticked when checking out! You can always unsubscribe later if you like

Occasionally we may ask for photos or a little more information to help give you the best possible advice.

Please note that whilst we will do our very best to get you the right harness first time - unless we have the dog in front of us, we can't guarantee a 100% success rate! (but our track record has been pretty good so far!)

The £10 service fee is non-refundable, however, you will be sent a voucher by email for the value of £10 which you can use on our site! 

Please ONLY USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK OR EU - we cannot currently ship outside of these areas and you will not be able to use your voucher elsewhere.
