Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. UK and European.

Orders placed before 2pm will usually be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

Please note that we are a small, independent business, with a small team and may sometimes be out and about at shows or events which can make same or next day dispatch impossible.

We are closed on Sundays and Mondays - Orders placed between 2pm on Saturday and 2pm on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Delivery Time

All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48hr or 24hr delivery which can take between 1-4 working days. This is in addition to our processing time.

You will be offered a delivery option at checkout and the cost of your delivery is based on the weight of your order. Please select the delivery option that best suits your needs.

All European Orders - Including Non-EU States are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked. Their standard delivery aim is 3-4 working days but this can vary depending on location.

Please note that once your parcel is shipped, we cannot offer any guarantee on timeframes and any delays are entirely out of our control.

Need an item in time for a special occasion or event?

If you need an item by a specific date then please email us BEFORE you order on hello@trackandtrailcanine.co.uk and we’ll do what we can to accommodate this where possible.

Again, we can’t offer any guarantees as once the courier has your parcel, it’s out of our control.

Delivery Cost

All UK orders are charged at a flat rate, depending on the weight of your order and the delivery option selected. This covers the cost of postage and helps toward the cost of packaging materials. This includes ALL UK Postcodes including NI and Highlands/Islands

Up to 2kg:

24hr £4.95

48hr £3.95

2kg - 20kg:

24hr £8.40

48hr £7.40

ALL European Orders Including Non-EU Member States are charged at a flat fee of £12.95. You will also be liable for VAT and Import taxes, depending on your country of residence. These will be calculated at checkout and the total amount payable shown in your native currency. All taxes are paid at point of purchase and no further VAT or import taxes will be due upon delivery. These will all be detailed on your checkout page and are calculated once you are ready to check out.
