Christmas Shopping at Track & Trail
It's December and that means we need to let you know some useful information about our festive opening times, late night shopping and those all-important final order dates for website orders if you want your gear before Santa Paws comes!
Final Order Deadlines for Christmas Delivery
Please remember that once your order leaves us, it's entirely at the mercy of Royal Mail and there is nothing we can do to make it go faster or find out where it is - we have access to the exact same tracking information as you so please keep a note of your tracking number and contact us if you have any problems. We'll always do our very best to help but we only have the same info as you so be kind and considerate to our team at all times.
Late Night Shopping at our Heathhall Store
We're staying open a bit later than usual on these dates so that everyone gets a chance to come in and browse those last minute gifts before the big day.
Please remember that you can order online for FREE in-store collection. This is a great way to secure your items if you know what you need! We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready to collect. This ensures you get the exact items you need and saves you a drive out on the off-chance in case we sell out of things.
Christmas Break
Max, Amy and Pippa will be taking some very much needed time off over Christmas and New Year to recharge ready for some exciting BIG things coming in 2026!
The shop will be closed from 2pm on the 23rd December and will re-open at 10am on the 3rd Jan (we might even have a bit of a sale if you're lucky)
Website orders placed between 23-30 December will be processed from 1st Jan - this is a bank holiday so our first date for shipping will be 2nd Jan 2026.

I started this business to help dog owners to find high quality, reliable and innovative dog gear - and to provide a safe and open space for nervous, reactive and complicated dogs. I'm incredibly proud of the community we've built this year and I'm only going to work harder in 2026. I will never compromise when it comes to the safety of my dog - or yours.
I'd like to personally wish you all a warm, safe and happy Christmas and New Year, hopefully filled with dogs and fun (and cheese)
